 Richard
McGill - ProducerAfter graduating from university in 1987, Richard McGill established a community theatre company in his native Glasgow which toured successfully throughout the UK for two years. He moved into the field of film in the early 90's and in 1992 joined the BBC's television drama department, working as a location and production manager. In 1994 he set up Modus Operandi Films, an independent production company which produced the documentary NOTES FROM UNDERGROUND in association with the British Film Institute. The film was released theatrically and won an award at the Chicago International Film Festival. His producer credits include award-winning commercials for Nike and Opel; and pop videos for artists ranging from Chris de Burgh and Vanessa-Mae to The Spice Girls. BODYWORK is his first theatrically released feature film. Simon Decker - Executive Producer Simon Decker is a successful businessman who has an established career in the international oil industry. Through his friendship with Gareth Rhys Jones and his love of film, he became a partner in Gareth's Wolfmoon Film. His input into the company helped create the financial platform from which BODYWORK was launched. Simon manages the financial matters of Wolfmoon Film. He is currently creating the package which will finance Automatic Pilot / Wolfmoon Film's ambitious future production slate. Tariq Anwar - Associate Editor Tariq Anwar, fresh from cutting Franco Zeffirelli's TEA WITH MUSSOLINI, was approached with the script to oversee the editing process of BODYWORK. He immediately accepted and completed the final cut of the film in May 1999. He went on to cut AMERICAN BEAUTY for which he was Oscar nominated and for which he won a BAFTA, adding to a previous Oscar nomination and BAFTA'S for THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE and THE WINGS OF A DOVE. Srdjan Kurpjel - Composer Srdjan started playing piano when he was 4 years old. At age 15, he arranged the music on the Felix award winning KUDUZ and by 19 had composed his first major score for the film, HOLIDAY IN SARAJEVO. He then went on to form an association with the legendary composer Goran Bergovic, working as orchestrator, programmer and arranger on such films as ARIZONA DREAM, starring Johnny Depp and Faye Dunaway, and the Palme D'Or winning UNDERGROUND. Now living in London, he is a freelance composer working on a number of high profile film and commercial projects. |
