Bob's Weekend starring Bruce Jones with Ricky Tomlinson and Brian Glover

BRUCE JONES began his acting career as a nine-year-old in the local scout troop and later paid his own way through drama school. He has appeared in a number of other series, including A TOUCH OF FROST, HEARTBEAT, BAND OF GOLD and BROOKSIDE. He was also a member of the regular ensemble cast of ROUGHNECKS. Subsequent movie roles have seen Bruce appear in THE FULL MONTY and Shane Meadows' TWENTY FOUR SEVEN.

After early training, CHARLOTTE JONES joined the renowned Oldham Theatre Workshop, under the direction of David Johnson and played leads in several theatre productions in number one venues. At the same time she was gaining valuable television experience by way of corporate videos for leading names and minor television roles. BOB'S WEEKEND was Charlotte's
first professional film role, which she landed, in her final year at The North Cheshire Theatre College in Manchester. She has subsequently gone on to appear in HOLLYOAKS and BBC's hit show COPS in addition to touring the country with her own Theatre in Education projects.
